1. Refund & Cancellation Eligibility
Refunds and cancellations are available under the following conditions: You request a refund or cancellation within 7 days of purchase and have not accessed or completed more than 20% of the course content.
2. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds or cancellations will not be granted if you have accessed more than 20% of the course or after the 7-day period has passed. Additionally, any course materials that have been downloaded or used will not be eligible for a refund.
3. Change of Course
If you wish to switch to a different course, you may request a course change within the 7-day period, provided that you have not accessed more than 20% of the current course. The new course must be of equal or lesser value.
4. Course Access Issues
If you encounter technical difficulties that prevent you from accessing the course, contact our support team. If the issue cannot be resolved, we may provide a refund or an extension at our discretion.
